I began working in mental health in 2012 in clinical nursing roles before expanding into psychotherapy through graduate training and advanced clinical education.
I am trained in EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS). These approaches inform how I understand emotional patterns, protective responses, and the impact of past experiences on present relationships.
While I draw from these models, my work is not rigid or technique-driven. I focus on pacing and containment, helping clients make sense of what feels overwhelming.
Therapy with me is steady and intentional. We work toward reduced reactivity, clearer thinking, and greater stability in relationships and daily life.
